You may use Formailer to:
• Collect HTML form submissions
• Receive emails and view submissions in your dashboard
• Embed tracking pixels for basic analytics (paid feature)

You must not:
• Use Formailer to send spam or malicious content
• Collect sensitive personal data without consent
• Abuse server resources or bypass usage limits

• You must register with a valid email address and confirm your domain before receiving submissions.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Free accounts are limited to 10 submissions per day.
• Paid plans unlock file uploads, pixel tracking, spam protection, and higher limits.
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.

• You retain full ownership of form submission content.
• We store and process the data solely to provide the service.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that data on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive or illegal activity
• Required by law or to protect the service

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, Native Dynamics (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
